We are a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality stainless steel tableware for the professional catering industry and other sectors.
Contacto was founded in 1958 as the German branch of the Swedish cooking pot manufacturer OLOFSTRÖM in Erkrath near Düsseldorf. OLOFSTRÖM developed a special CONTACT process for connecting aluminum compensating bases with stainless steel pots made of "Swedish steel" - quality 18/10. The process was patented. The Swedish royal family allowed a crown to be depicted in the trademark as the highest award and recognition.
