Contacto - Stainless steel by tradition

We are a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality stainless steel cookware for the professional catering industry as well as other sectors.

Contacto was founded in 1958 as the German subsidiary of the Swedish pot manufacturer OLOFSTRÖM in Erkrath near Düsseldorf. OLOFSTRÖM developed a special CONTACT process for bonding aluminum sandwich bottoms to stainless steel pots made of "Swedish steel" – 18/10 quality. The process was patented. As the highest award and recognition, they were permitted to display a crown in their trademark by the Swedish royal family.

Our sales program is aimed at specialist catering retailers through whom our products can be purchased.
